When you visit
You can browse the portfolio without an account. The hosting and security providers that deliver these pages receive connection data such as your IP address, browser information, the page requested, and the time of a request. They can use logs and security cookies to deliver the site, detect automated traffic, and investigate problems. Cloudflare’s cookie documentation describes its bot-management cookie.
When you ask for a quote
Typing into the quote form prepares a draft in your browser. The form does not send the fields to a Helios website database. Choosing “Prepare quote email” passes the draft to your email app; Helios receives the message only if you send it. “Copy request” copies the details to your device clipboard when you choose it. Your email app may save its own draft.
We receive your sender address, business name, message, and anything else you choose to include. Your request is delivered through our email providers to the Helios team handling quotes. We use it to reply, estimate the work, and discuss your project. Please leave out passwords, payment details, and private customer records.
Signing a client agreement
If Helios sends you a private signing link, its holder can review that agreement. Keep the link private. We store the agreement version, parties, email, consent statement, typed signer name, signing time and completion status to deliver and document your agreement. Your invitation may be delivered by our email provider. You can download or print a copy, or contact us to arrange a paper signature. The quote form described above is separate from this private signing service.
Cookies and tracking choices
The site does not install advertising pixels or cross-site analytics. Its example selections and quote fields are not written to browser local storage by our code. Security cookies from our delivery provider may still be present. You can manage cookies in your browser. The site does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal; it has no advertising or cross-site tracking feature to switch off.
Your correspondence
If you move forward, your messages and project details may become part of the project record. To ask what information we have from a request, correct it, or request deletion, email hello@helioswebcompany.com from the address you used. We may need to confirm the request or keep records needed for an existing project, billing, or legal obligations.
